Nurse Alanna will conduct the Initial Health Intake/Discovery Call to learn more about your current health status related to digestion, hormones, energy and recovery. This then leads us to diving deep into your specific health & fitness goals, ideal lifestyle, and any barriers in order to build you a program that will have you feeling and looking your absolute best!

Offering 1:1 weekly or bi-weekly video check-ins to go over questions, obstacles, coaching updates and to add a level of accountability. We also provide support from our coaching team via WhatsApp Monday through Friday

We analyze your nutrition profile and set up individualized protein, fibre & calorie targets based on your specific needs, and provide adjustments as necessary. We educate you on how to fuel your own body specifically to ensure long term success post working together! Access to 80+ Athleisure Society recipes and Nutrition fact sheets.

Our personalized strength training programs are specifically designed for body recomposition to support the female physique but also the lifestyle we want. 3 customized workouts a week built for you in the gym or at home. We focus on technical failure, tempo, progressive overload, mind-muscle connection, and pelvic floor health when required all for optimal result.

We deliver in-depth exercise execution feedback and analysis to prevent injury, but also to optimize your results by ensuring you're getting the most out of each repetition you perform.

Our team uses a contracted Holistic Nutritionist and Naturopath when required to optimize with supplementation. We strongly believe in nutrition and exercise as the first line of medicine, however certain individuals may benefit from added vitamins, herbs and supplements to improve health, physique results, and overall well-being further.

Monthly in personal Strength Class for members to optimize movement and form execution with guidance from Athleisure Society coaches. These events are held in Ottawa at a local gym. Drop in Fee.

Athleisure Society provides access to educational monthly lectures and Q&As on various health/wellness topics, all of which are recorded and uploaded for anytime access.

Access to the Athleisure Society community of women for added support and shared experiences. Bi-annual Wellness Weekends in Ontario with plans to expand globally.
