Primary Wellness Assessment

Nurse Alanna will conduct the Initial Health Intake/Discovery Call to learn more about your current health status related to digestion, hormones, energy and recovery. This then leads us to diving deep into your specific health & fitness goals, ideal lifestyle, and any barriers in order to build you a program that will have you feeling and looking your absolute best!

1:1 Video Check-In

Offering 1:1 weekly or bi-weekly video check-ins to go over questions, obstacles, coaching updates and to add a level of accountability. We also provide support from our coaching team via WhatsApp Monday through Friday ensuring timely assistance and continuous guidance for your journey. This commitment to regular communication fosters a supportive environment while upholding accountability.

Nutritional Education

We analyze your nutrition profile and set up individualized protein, fibre, and calorie targets based on your specific needs, and provide adjustments as necessary. We will educate you on how to fuel your own body specifically to ensure long term success post working together! Access to 80+ Athleisure Society recipes and Nutrition fact sheets.

Individualized Strength Training

Our personalized strength training programs are specifically designed for body recomposition to support the female physique. The regimen includes 3 customized workouts a week built for you in the gym or at home complemented by walks on rest days. We focus on technical failure, tempo, progressive overload, mind-muscle connection, and pelvic floor health when required all for optimal results

Learning Opportunities

Athleisure Society offers members exclusive access to monthly educational lectures and interactive Q&A sessions covering diverse health and wellness topics. These valuable resources are not only live but also recorded and uploaded, providing the flexibility to revisit and benefit from the content at your convenience, fostering continuous learning and empowerment.

Technique & Performance Feedback

We offer exercise video analysis to Athleisure Society members with the goal of delivering in-depth exercise execution feedback and analysis to prevent injury, but also to optimize your fitness outcomes by ensuring each repetition is executed with precision, maximizing the effectiveness of your workouts and contributing to your overall progress and success.

Community & Connection

Joining Athleisure Society grants you access to a thriving community of women, fostering a supportive network where you can share experiences, exchange insights, and draw inspiration from like-minded individuals on similar journeys. Additionally, our commitment to well-being extends beyond virtual connections with bi-annual Wellness Weekends hosted in Ontario with plan to expand globally.

Supplementation Strategies

We collaborate with a contracted Holistic Nutritionist and Naturopath when necessary, ensuring personalized optimization through supplementation. While we prioritize the foundational impact of nutrition and exercise as primary components of well-being, certain individuals may benefit from added vitamins, herbs and supplements to improve health, physique results, and overall well-being further.

In-Person Strength Class

Athleisure Society enhances your fitness journey by offering monthly in-person Strength Classes exclusively for members, providing a unique opportunity to refine movement techniques and perfect form under the expert guidance of our dedicated coaches. These take place in Ottawa at a local gym, creating a dynamic and hands-on experience to elevate your strength training regimen.
