Alanna Meabry
As a young athlete, I thrived in competitive sports, effortlessly maintaining a strong, lean physique. However, my struggle with body acceptance emerged when I stepped away from the world of competitive sports. I spent 10 years chasing skinny, dedicating countless hours each week to HIIT classes, the stairmaster, running, following the latest diet fads and lacking so much confidence because I worked so hard with nothing to show for it.
The turning point came when I joined a community of like-minded women, all united in their pursuit of transforming both their physique and mindset. This pivotal time not only brought back the athlete within me but also the confidence I lacked for so long. Inspired by my journey, I envisioned building a community where individuals could work towards their best selves, harmonizing fitness, nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle.
Reflecting on my wellness journey, I posed questions to envision 'me 2.0' – how she would look, feel, speak, and where she would be. Turning those dreams into reality, I am now on a mission to cultivate a society of educated and confident women. Our mission at Athleisure Society is deeply rooted in the belief that everyone deserves to experience the connection between health & happiness.

All of that, without the restriction.From first-hand experience, I can confidently say that working with a coach is something you'll never regret, even if it's just for a short period of time to get you kick-started or a refreshing change-up to your training and nutrition routine. Hi I’m Erika, I am a working mom, business leader, once upon a time varsity athlete, and human just like you. Growing up I played soccer competitively until my mid 20s. As a varsity athlete; health and wellness has always been a pillar in my life to some degree. Post university I quickly became addicted to the dopamine rush of doing group fitness classes and slowly but surely stopped yielding the results I wanted.
After having my son I was feeling incredibly overwhelmed in how to navigate this new world and new body while having a deep desire to find a sustainable lifestyle. I took the plunge and joined an online coaching community that completely changed how I live today! My mission is to support women in finding their full potential and to help them better understand the relationship between food, fitness and life!

I’m Coach Amanda – registered nurse, wife and coffee enthusiast. Certified Nutrition Coach & Personal Trainer.
In my youth, I thrived on an active lifestyle centered around sports and fitness. Over time, my body began to change in ways that didn't align with my self-image. Despite attending HIIT classes almost daily and trying countless diets, I struggled to achieve the results I desired. This disconnect between my commitment and the lack of expected outcomes left me feeling defeated.
When the pandemic hit, I lost myself. As an oncology nurse, I found myself struggling both mentally and physically long after the crisis had passed.
Fatigue, bloating and spiraling anxiety had become my constant companions and I felt completely disconnected from my true self and who I wanted to be.
My breakthrough came when I discovered Athleisure Society. Through the program I found a sustainable routine that truly worked for me. This balanced approach has transformed my life, reinforcing my belief that a strong body fosters a strong mind. I am in the happiest and healthiest place I have ever been, both physically and mentally.

Hi, I’m Montana! I’m thrilled to be part of this community as a coach and grateful to have experienced part of my own health and wellness journey alongside Alanna. It’s amazing how much this program can inspire a mindset shift. I’ve developed a deep passion for women’s health and wellness, and I’m honored to help you become the happiest, healthiest, and strongest version of yourself.
I understand what it’s like to balance a demanding work schedule, stay socially active, and still prioritize wellness. Moving from Ottawa to Toronto, and then to New York City, taught me valuable lessons on building a sustainable lifestyle. I’m here to support clients who travel frequently, work mostly in the office, and navigate busy social lives. I can’t wait to help you build a lifestyle that empowers you to show up for yourself every day and live an incredibly confident life!

Hi, I’m Danielle! Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with specializations in Hormone and Gut Health.
I’m beyond excited to be part of the Athleisure Society and work towards empowering women to reach their optimal health and wellness goals. Throughout my own health journey I have learnt first had the importance of whole foods and movement to aid in women’s health and reach my most fulfilled and healthiest self. This 12 month transformation that I saw in myself through a transitional period in my life is what prompted me to return to my studies and embark on my true passion: serving women in the wellness space.
Throughout my studies I gained a deep understanding of dietary and nutrition theories to best support women who struggle with hormone and gut imbalances such as IBS, SIBO, PCOS, Infertility, PMS, Acne and more.
My mission is to educate and support my clients to make impactful changes with both their physical and nutritional health. I aim to promote a bio-individual approach and understand that each person has unique needs and that there is no one-size fits all approach to wellness.
